Shipping Information

Thank you for shopping with Premier Equipment via ShopPremier.ca! Please find general information regarding our shipping and order processing below.

  • Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed (in addition to estimated shipping times). Orders are processed Monday-Friday from 8:00-4:00 pm EDT (excluding holidays).
  • Although we make every effort to ensure our inventory is correct, it is shared between shoppremier.ca and our physical store locations and subject to availability. If the item you have selected is out-of-stock we will contact you immediately. In many cases, we can have your item fulfilled within 2-3 business days. If your item is backordered, we will contact you to confirm expected delivery or offer a full refund.
  • Items are only available for sale and will only be shipped within Canada.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number depending on the method of shipping selected.
  • Shipping times outlined by the provider are not guaranteed by Premier Equipment
  • Premier Equipment is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding the condition of your parcel upon arrival, please contact shop@premierequipment.ca.
