ShopPremier.ca Refund/Return Policy

Items purchased via ShopPremier.ca are eligible to be returned – within the first 30 days from the date of purchase, as long as items are deemed ‘in good condition’. In the case of toys or packaged merchandise this means items are returned unopened, in their original packaging. Clothing and apparel are only eligible for return if unworn, with original tags.

How to return items:

Items purchased via ShopPremier.ca must be returned with proof of purchase – in person to any of our Premier Equipment locations, or you may ship returns back to Premier Equipment (275 Church Street West, Elmira, ON N3B2Z6 | 519-669-5453) - using the method of your choice. Premier Equipment is not responsible for any return shipping charges and the shipment must have a receiving signature by our staff before any credit will be issued.
